First of all, copy the first picture on this page, and press ctrl+v onto a new dokument.
Now zoom in and selct the blur tool Star rubbing the skin of Lindsay, bery gently.
Now select the Sharpen tool And sharpen out lindsays eyes and mouth
Now select bthe burn tool And rub her eye lids and other parts that you think need shading This is how your picture should be looking like:

Now select the dodge tool and start rubbing her hair You will notice below that the wall is lighter too, don't worry about that.

Now select the Spondge tool and start rubbing everything apart from lindsay

Now for finishing touches, go to brightness/contrast

Now just press OK, don't play around with anything.
