Review rules
These are the rules that you must follow,. you must read them and understand them before submitting, I will find out that you didn't read these rules, therefore your application will not be accepted.
-- By applying for me to review your site you have obviously understood that whatever I say in your review, is my own opinion and that you can't take it too personally. All blame goes too you, for submitting your site in the first place.
-- Your site can be Sub-domains and domains. I accept Piczo and Freewebs, but it must be good.

If you are not happy with your review, you can only re-apply after you have fixed the problems that I mentioned in your previous review (or made for content etc) My opinions could still be different to your own opinions though.
-- A link back is required. I'd say put it under 'getting reviewed'
-- Your site can not be on Hiatus, under contruction or anything else. It must be fully open.
-- If your website has just opened (newly) then I'd say do not apply just yet. When you have content etc then you can apply.
-- Please be patient on getting your review. I still have school and my own life, so I will not always be completing reviews. After you have submitted your site to be reviewed by me, all rights go straight to me. These are the rights I have in mind:
ONE I will be fair and review your site, where your review is in the queue, but that doesn't mean I have to review your site. If I choose not to it'll be because you havent read the rules, your site is Piczo/freewebs and isn't really good or you are simply being rude, crual and mean.
TWO I can say whatever I want in your review, even if your un-happy or not. I do not say these things purposley, I like to be honest with you guys so please don't take anything too seriously.
THREE I hate it when people be rude while submitting and still expect me to review their site. That means I have a right to take you down (Out of my queue) anytime. If I take you down, I will email you telling you the reason I did. I never take anyone down for no reason
FOUR It is not my fault if I reach to review your site and you haven't finished your content. It's actually your fault. Which makes it my right to blame you. Remember, finish your site and then submit it!>
