First impressions (8/10)
The pink and blue, with the white is a pretty good combination. I do not like the background colour of the page at all. Maybe you should of had it white, excatly like the background colour on your actual layout. It just looks 'out of place' if you know what I mean. Your sidebar is way to packed. You could just make some of these seperate pages. Maybe try updating your 'Current Layout' because I'm so sure that these ice-creams are not Hannah Beth!

How do you expect people to credit you, when you haven't credited the source of the pictures you used? It should be more like this:
If you take anything from this site that is made by me, please give me credit.
Which obviously means you have to write on every Graphical page if something is made by you or not, and also credit for the source.

Graphics
Starting off with your Affiliate images, maybe a little more for your visitors to choose from? Again with 'not crediting'. You're button bases? Where'd you get the pictures you used in them? Same goes for your Free Blends and Icons. And it surprises me, that from all of these Graphical pages, that aparently you made, you choose your Full-sized Textures to write Credit Please! May I ask why? So in other words your telling you're visitors to credit you for the Textures, but not for the other things you made (some people don't bother to look at your Disclaimer). You need to be more specific, Jorden! Tell your visitors on EVERY page that you want credit.

Again with the 'credit'. You didn't excatly say that you made these Fonts, and how do I know who made the 'Download' buttons? Was it you? Then say that! Not much on this page though..

Background effects - How am I supposed to know what a Fixed background is? Ofcourse I do know what it is, but I'm not the only person that will visit your HTML page! Give specific examples or descriptions of what each one does. Also with the 'Changes backgroundcolour each time' Each time I do what? Your link and text effects are okay. Your Page transitions, again how am I supposed to know what a Page transition is? Same goes for your 'Status and Title bars' Explain please!

1st word colour is said 1st letter colour
Border? What about a border? Where does the border go? Ahh, now that I've opened the page I see that you're using it for pictures.. Well say that! Borders around pictures should be the title.
replaceing is spelt replacing
"I use one in the owner section of me side bar" should be I use a border around the picture of me on my sidebar
What about CSS? Don't you mean About CSS? People can get really confused and annoyed by titles that:
1. Make no sense.
2. Have spelling mistakes.
3. Arn't in full words/sentances.
easyer should be spelt easier

This doesn't really teach people a lot. It's just a bunch of codes and titles of pages, but that's not all their is to PHP. I know that PHPinclude is veeeeeery hard to explain... and it shows here that you didn't explain it very well.

I used to work in Piczo, but these tutorials are very simple. Their not really teaching anyone much, because their so 'easy' to do without a tutorial.

Whoa! All I could see are words and... and PINK everywhere! Not a really neat page.. Maybe you should have it in more basic information like this:
1. Basic Information
Your name, age, birthday and location.
2. Favourite things
Basically your favourite type of music, books, authors, songs and what you like to do.
3. Habits
Your good habits. Your bad habits.
4. School and subjects
What you get good grades in. What you get bad grades in. What your favourite subjects are etc.
5. Hates
Things that may irriate you or make you stressed/frustrated. Things that you just basically hate.
6. Music
Your Top 10. Genres of music you enjoy listening to. Music you don't like to listen to. You're favourite artists, bands etc.
Portfolio Youre photograpghy is pretty good. Your re-touches look good too, but where did you get the pictures from? Credit! Maybe you could also make up a tutorial on how you re-touch? Your portfolio is starting very well, but needs a lot more in it.
Layout (12/20) A bit to simple, don't ya think? Nothing much to say here though. The ice-creams make me feel like one (yummy!) and it just looks a little to .. empty.
CSS (7/20) I don't really like the CSS, sorry. I mean blue is the colour you should use when it's for boldness or something, but not for a whole paragraph! And also, the pink should of been the boldness colour, not the underlined colour. It would of looks better... Also this is how your content (and all of your other pages) looks like right now:
Uhhhh... ? You need to make it ONE colour, so it should be looking like this
Doesn't that look way better? Try fixing that. Also, the header (h1) is not the colour that I was looking for. It's just toooooooo light, and because your background colour for (h3) is white, it's waaaay too light. Try making it Pink. That'll make your layout stand out more.
Conclusion (50/90)
I can tell that you put lots of hard work into this website, but unfortunatly you had less content that I expected. It says clearly on my rules that If your website has just opened (newly) then I'd say do not apply just yet. When you have content etc then you can apply. And it says on your Content page that your website is fairly new. Explain that? I don't like that you've put (in your CSS) that whenever a link is been visited, the size goes small. Keep it the same! It just doesn't look good if it all of the sudden goes to a smaller size.. You have a good taste in colours, but you don't choose where they should go very wisely. Don't give up though! Keep going on with your website and soon it'll get better!

You need to improve you're website a bit. More tutorials, more graphics, more things in you're portfolio? I will come back to you're website when you have a new layout up (let me know) and I want to see improvments with your CSS. You know what you're doing but your not doing it very well. I know that you can do it, don't ever give up. Just keep going! :)
