First impressions (10/10)
The thing I saw first was the mixed-well colors. Baby prink and White. I love the way your layout really mixes well with your CSS. I also liked the wat you put your affies up there at the top, instead of just stuffing it somewhere 'in' your layout. That makes your layout look more better and not emtpy.

Graphics I don't really understand why you would use the word shit for a discription for your Graphics page. This small word could ruin all of your chances of becoming affies with people and getting more visitors. You know, some people don't feel very 'safe', if you know what I mean, if they read things like this on a website. Okay, on with your actual Graphics. Personally; I like your free layouts so much. I like the way you guys layout, it's very unique and stylish! So inconclusion; your Graphics page is very neat. You've got an amoutn of useful graphics. Do you ever think of making up some graphics that most help sites don't have? I like to do that a lot. I hate having so much graphical things that most people have on their own sites. Try to be original and think of your own, is my opinion.
Tutorials I think maybe you should neat up your tutorials page a bit more. It looks great and everything; but maybe you should try blockquotes. They look extra cute and add up a bit more color to your pages. An example of blockquotes:

Your advanced Icon tutorials look alright. Maybe you should take a step forward and make an Advanced Layout tutorial or something. I find it hard to find Wordpress tutorials on most sites. Your tutorials give out the right information for the right things, easily (at least I hope so) and making a tutorial on things on wordpress that people really do have trouble with. Same with Cutenews tutorials. Those tutorials, you hardly find on other websites. Or at least it's explained well. I personally think you need more Paint Shop Pro tutorials. I know it says 'basics' but we all would really love to know the effects you use to make your layouts. The same goes with your CSS tutorials. Otherwise, your tutorials are very well-explained. Well done.
Recipes I like this page! Again, I don't really find these things on other websites and so much people like to cook!
Downloads Your coded layout looks great! Maybe you should try giving other people chances to tell you the kind of layouts they like, so people might actually use them. Your icon-brushes are cool :) Ahh, ahead with the brushes. This is what I call neat, expect; I think that 'rule' on top makes it non-neat. Like I said, use your blockquotes for things like that. Wheres the 'download' buttons? I can only see the image sheets. If you don't make them available for downloading then I am not so sure why you have that link in your downloads area on your website :S Therefore, if your not going to make them available for downloading, at least explain how to get them as brushes. Your WP themes look great in my opinion! Well done! Your smilies look so cute but heres a little tip
When you are making things available for downloading, make sure you actually let your visitors know that they need to actually click on the package to downlaod it. If not, make a link saying 'download here' or something
Your Free programs are so easy to use too. It gives people a chance to find programs on one site, rather then looking at many websites. I suggest you organize your PSD's page too. Just make a new header each time theres a new celeb. It looks more neater. Again with the blockquote :P
Lyrics This is a cool page :) I like it so much, and I cna guarentee you others will too ;) Great idea!
Request You guys sure have a lot of time to take requests! I think maybe you should try making tutorials on how you layout, then see if anyone needs requests.
Other links like Photography and reviews and 'other'. I am not so sure people actually use your Photography even though you are great at it. Maybe try taking requests of what visitors want to see on your photos? Again with the blockwuotes with your reviews page. It just looks way cuter! I like your 'ask us' page. You guys seem to know a lot we don't and it's great that you take the time to answer questions for your visitors. Same with the Chatbox.
Layout (19/20)
This layout looks so original and just unique. I like it how you didn't kinda over flow with pictures. Your blending this great too! The only thing I would reccomend is you making a PSD/PNG of like Vanessa Hudgens or someone and putting it right there at the emtpy spot (in between Ryan&Ashley's picture and Zac and Nessa's picture.) It'll look more cuter. I like the colors you used on this layout, it matches my website sweetish :) I personally think no side-bar = better for this layout. So, that's good.
CSS (19/20)
Like I said above, the colors look so sweet and 'beautiful' I just love the colors Pink and White! They match so well together. I don't know where the black comes in though... Maybe you should have tried a lighter color.
Conclusion (85/90)
You have done so, so incredibly well with this site. I know that you both have put a lot of hard work into. The only thing you are missing is your blockquotes and a few more tutorials. Also your site-language should be improved... The only thing I must reccomend you is to work hard on your website and never give up. If you work harder and get more content, then you will get more visitors and people will actually use your stuff, rather then just looking at it. Upload this page is so cool. It's an easier way to upload images! I also like your M-Board. It's another great idea :) May I ask, how did you get it? Otherthen all that, your site is great and I will be coming back for sure! Keep up the great work!
